Ingredients
- 1 lb. Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 (20 oz.) can Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 1 C. Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 1/4 t. Ground Ginger
- Hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients (except rice) in the order listed in a greased 2-3 qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours.
Spoon over hot cooked rice & serve with steamed oriental veggies.
