  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled/deveined
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs. mince rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. To a large skillet, add oil and garlic and cook over med. heat until golden. Remove garlic chips.
2. To skillet, add rosemary, pepper flakes, and shrimp. Cook, stirring, until just cooked through, about 3 mins. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and transfer to serving dish.
3. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
