AVOCADO****Spinach, Avocado and Goat Cheese

15/04/15-Makes a good lunch. It was messy to roll and difficult to eat - my avocado was quite soft. Try spreading the spinach over the whole tortilla, see if that's better.

- 1 Weight Watcher's Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Mayonaisse
- 2 tablespoons spreadable goat cheese
- 1/2 ounce baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Spread or spoon mayo and cheese down middle of tortilla. Top with spinach and avocado, salt and pepper to taste and roll up. Cut in half on the diagonal and wrap in saran or foil if taking to work.
