Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons
  • sour cream
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter, softened to point of being slightly melted
  • 1-2 loaves of french bread or ciabatta or a baguette - sliced into two

Preparation

Step 1

In Large bowl, mix together the cheeses and the green onion. Stir in the mayo & sour cream. In separate small bowl blend the butter and garlic until smooth. Add the butter mixture to the cheese mixture

Preheat Boiler. Lay crust side of breads down. Spread the cheese mixture over the bread. Place under the broiler until nicely browned, about 3 to 5 minutes

Remove from broiler and let sit for 5 minutes (will be extremely HOT) Slice the bread with bread knife and Serve!
