- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed, drained and patted dry
- 1 teaspoon each: cumin, garlic powder and chili powder
- Kosher salt to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Toss chickpeas with 1 tablespoon olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and kosher salt. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until chickpeas are crispy and golden.
