  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Accent
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jar pimento stuffed olives (about 6 oz drained weight) drained reserve juice.
  • 1 jar capers
  • 4 1/2 oz seedless raisins

Step 1

Saute meat, onions, green pepper in olive oil until beef is browned. Stir is worcestershire sauce, seasonings and tomato sauce. Add remaining ingredients and cook for about an hour over low heat, covered.

Serve over yellow rice.
