Ingredients

  • 2-15 1/2 oz jars Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/2 Jar water
  • 1 package Jumbo Shells
  • 1 lb Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 lb Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tbs grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Step 1

Cook Shells until soft enough to stuff. Dilute sauce with water. Stuff shells with remaining ingredients. Pour a little sauce in bottom of baking dish. Gently arrange stuffed shells in single layer on sauce side by side, stuffed side up. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Place in preheated 400 degree oven, and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle generously with more Parmesan and bake uncovered for 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
