- 8 peeled boiled potatoes
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 7 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 small jar sweet relish 12oz
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/3 tps. Celery seed
- ? Sugar or Splenda to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cover potatoes with salted water and boil 11 – 25 minutes. Dice onion and bell pepper fine. Mix Miracle Whip, and rest of ingredients and refrigerate.
