Step 1
Salt and Pepper, garlic powder, and paprika the brisket. Sear it with cut up onion.
Pour small can Del Monte tomoto sauce,ketchup, and water over brisket and bake 350 for 1 1/2 hour. Cut up and slice, throw back in oven, can add more ketchup, water. Then add carrots, and potatoes and put back in for another 2 hours.
