  • 6 TBSP Flour
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 LBS, Cube Steak (cut into 1" Cubes)
  • 4 TBSP Oil
  • 2 1/4 Cups Water or Beef Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the pieces in the flour mixture and brown in a skillet in batches. You may have to more oil between batches. Add to the pressure cooker.

Sprinkle the leftover flour over the meat.

Add the water or broth.

COOK ON HIGH PRESSURE FOR 20 MINUTES. LOCK THE RELEASE AND START.

USE THE QUICK RELEASE PRESSURE.
