Ingredients
- 3 small eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 4 cups apples, sliced thin
- Frosting: mix well
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 lemon, juiced

Mix all ingredients in order given. Butter flour pan. Bake at 350 until done, approximately 1 hour.
