Pastel Angel Food Cupcakes

• 1 box white angel food cake mis
• 1 1/4 cups cold water
• red, yellow and green food colorings
• 1 container whipped fluffy white ready to spread frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Move oven rack to lowest position (remove other racks). Preheat oven to 350F. Place paper baking cups in each muffing. In bowl beat cake mix and water on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 1 minute. Divide batter among 3 bowls. Carefully fold a few drops of yellow food coloring into 1 bowl until desired shade. Repeat with red and green food coloring and remaining batter. In each liner, spoon 2 Tablespoons of each color batter next to each other; using knife, make "S" motion through batters to swirl. Bake 13-21 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Mix 4 drops red food coloring into frosting. Frost cupcakes.
