Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg and milk together. Add oil. Blend dry ingredients and stir in. Mix with fork until blended. Pour into greased pan and sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Topping:

Mix 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 t. cinnamon, 1 T. flour, 1 T. butter and 1/2 c. chopped nuts.
