Ingredients
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 onion, peeled, halved and very thinly sliced
- 1 large green cabbage, halved, cored and finely shredded
- 1/2 tsp mild chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a large frying pan with cooking spray and place over high heat. Add cumin and fennel seeds and stir-fry 30 seconds. Add onion and stir-fry 5-6 minutes or until onion starts to brown.
Add cabbage and continue to stir-fry over high heat until the cabbage starts to wilt and go slightly brown. Add the chilli powder and turn the heat to low. Cook 7-8 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle in garam masala and season well. Remove from heat and serve.
