Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups thinly sliced or cubed cooked pork
- 1/2 cup catchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, mix 1/2 cup water with vinegar, sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, lemon juice, onion and butter. Bring to boil: add pork; simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes or until pork is thoroughly heated. Add catchup and Worcester; bring to boil.
This is good over noodles or rice.
