Ingredients
- 15 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 cups chopped onions- 1/4” or finer
- 3/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tbs celery salt
- 1/4 cup garlic salt
- 1 1/4 cups chili powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1/3 can (#10) tomato paste
- 1/4 cups black pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, cover with water and bring to a full boil. Turn down heat and simmer until ready to eat. Makes 3 Gallons ! Freeze and use as needed.
