Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
  • 12 oz small potatoes, peeled and quartered (about 2 cups)
  • 4 medium carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

In a slow cooker, combine meat, potatoes and carrots.

Combine condensed soup, water and soup mix. Pour soup mixture over meat and vegetables.

Cover. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
