Ingredients
- 10 lb. Fully Cooked Ham
- 2 t. Whole Cloves
- 1 lg. Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 t. Oregano
- 1 t. Basil
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C. Parsley, fresh
- 3 C. Ginger Ale
- 1 C. Home
- 16 Oz. Pineapple Slices

Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin from ham; score surface in x's 1/2 inch deep. Insert a clove in every other diamond, Set some aside.
Place ham on rack in shallow pan. Combine next 5 ingredients & pat on the ham.
Combine 1/2 C. Brown sugar & parsley and sprinkle over the top. Pour ginger ale around ham.
BAKE 350 for 2 hours, baste often.
Remove ham from pan & set aside. Drain pan juices & reserve 3 T.
GLAZE: Combine honey & brown sugar & 3 T. pan juices. Increase oven to 400 return ham to pan & insert remaining cloves. Spoon 1/2 glaze over ham. Bake 20 min. & place pineapple on ham & drizzle with rest of glaze. Bake 30 min. & let stand 15 minutes
