- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup 10x sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 recipe Coconut Custard

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash and sanitize utensils and preparation area.
2. Assemble ingredients and equipment.
3. In a clean mixer bowl, using the paddle attachment, beat the butter and 10x sugar at high speed until very light and creamy, about 4 minutes.
4. Add the 3/4 cup coconut custard, vanilla extract, and salt and beat at medium speed until blended and smooth.
