Coconut Cream Filling

• 3/4 cup Coconut Custard
• 3/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash and sanitize utensils and preparation area.
2. Assemble ingredients and equipment.
3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, using the whisk attachment, beat the 3/4 cup coconut custard with the heavy cream at high speed until the mixture is light and forms soft peak.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
