Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup lemon pie filling

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash and sanitize utensils and preparation area.
2. Assemble ingredients and equipment.
3. In a bowl of an electric mixer, using the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream at high speed until firm peaks form, 2 minutes.
4. Transfer the whipped cream to a smaller bowl, cover, and refrigerate.
5. In a mixer bowl, using the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese at medium speed until very creamy, about 2 minutes.
6. On low speed, beat in the vanilla extract.
7. Add the lemon curd and beat at medium speed until well blended and smooth, about 1 minute.
8. Remove the bowl from the mixer stand and, using a rubber spatula; gently fold in the whipped cream until almost completely blended.
