  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups 10x sugar, sifted

Step 1

1. Wash and sanitize utensils and preparation area.
2. Assemble ingredients and equipment.
3. In an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and butter at medium speed until well blended and smooth, scraping down the bowl as necessary, 1 minute.
4. Add the vanilla and mix until blended, 30 seconds.
5. At low speed, gradually add the confectioners' sugar.
6. Beat at low speed until creamy, about 1 minute.
