Ingredients
- 3 Carrots, diced
- 1 sm. Onion, Diced
- 3 Celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1 C. Bisquick
- 3/4 t. Paprika
- 1/8 t. Pepper
- 1/8 t. Red Pepper
- 8 C. Chicken Broth
- 2 C. (1 pint) Half & Half
- 2 C. (32 oz.) Velveeta Cheese Slices

Preparation
Step 1
Cooked diced veggies in butter until tender. Stir in bisquick & spices. Remove from heat & add chicken broth. Put back on heat & bring to a boil (2 min.)
Reduce heat to low and add cheese and half & half. Stir until cheese is melted.
Serve in Bread Bowls
