Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf French bread torn into small chunks
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup marg melted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Bourbon
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Whiskey Sauce
- 1/4 cup marg(do not use butter)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp Bourbon

Preparation
Step 1
Soak raisin, vanilla and 1 Tbsp Bourbon for 15 minutes.
Combine Bread with milk and raisins and soak for 15 minutes.
Beat together the rest of the ingredients and fold into the bread mixture.
Bake in an 8x8 pan at 350 for 40-50 minutes
Sauce
Combine all ingredients except the bourbon in a saucepan. Heat and stir for 5-6 minutes. Do not boil.
Add Bourbon and serve over pudding
