Squash, Feta & Sausage Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 2 large onions chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp worcesteshire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 medium butternut squash cut into cubes
- 1 medium acorn squash cut into cubes
- 2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 2 small sweet red peppers

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large skillet cook sausages and onions until sausage is no longer pink.
2. In a large bowl combine oil, rosemary, salt, worcesteshire, pepper. Add squash, cheese, peppers and sausage mixture. Toss to coat.
3. Transfer to roasting pan and bake at 375 for 35 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes until squash is tender
