Ingredients
- 2 TBS champagne (or white wine) vinegar
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 4 TBS olive oil
- 1 TBS fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add the champagne vinegar to a bowl; stir in 1 TBS shallots, and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Whisk in olive oil, tarragon, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Toss with lettuce and radishes. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 4 Weight Watchers points.
