Ingredients
- 1-2 rabbits
- 6 strips bacon
- 8 cloves allspice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup water
- 8 -oz. carton sour cream
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up the rabbit meat and place in a pan; cover with bacon, allspice, bay leaves, onion, orange and water. Sprinkle lightly with flour, add the sour cream and lemon juice. Cover and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350*.
