Ingredients
- Coating:
- 1 chicken – quartered
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Living the Gourmet Signature Spice Rub

- Olive oil for drizzling
- Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic – chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Chili garlic sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Marinade the chicken for 1 hour or longer.
Preheat oven 350 degrees:
Prepare flour with brown sugar and Living the Gourmet Dry Rub.
Take chicken from marinade and coat with flour, dip back into the marinade and then coat with the flour again.
Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for about 1 hour.
