2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450F. Put 1 tablespoon oil in 6 cups of a muffin tin. Heat to 450F.

Put all ingredients into the blender. Cover and process until perfectly smooth.

Remove muffin tin from oven. Fill each cup with batter.

Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 35 minutes longer.
