Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • GLAZE
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let cool.

Beat eggs well, add oil and beat well. Add cake mix and cooled jello.

Beat for 6 minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

Bake in 350F oven for 50 minutes.

GLAZE: Mix lemon juice and icing sugar. Pour over warm loaves.
