Ingredients
- 8 dried Red Chile Pods
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Water
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Step 1
Wash chiles, remove stems and seeds (leave seeds if you prefer a hottor sauce.) Place chiles, garlic, and onion in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 45 minutes, Drain water . Place chiles, garlic, onion and flour in a blender and puree till smooth. Pour into sauce pan, add 2 cups water and seasonings. Cook over meduim heat, stirring constantly, until a sauce is thick and bubbly.
