Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Boneless pork spareribs
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 4 oz. Green Chilis
- 1/2 t. Cumin
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 3 Garlic Cloves (or 1/4 t. garlic powder)
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, chopped
- 1 C. Green Mild Taco Sauce
- 1 C. Chicken Broth
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Tortillas

Step 1
Coat pork with flour and brown in a fry pan. Place in a crockpot. Mix the rest of the ingredients in bowl & pour over pork.
Cook on low 4-6 hours. Shred pork & serve with black beans and cheese in tortillas.
