Ingredients
- 1 packaged seasoned pork tenderloin(I use bourbon maple-flavor)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 4-5 shakes of liquid smoke
- 3-4 mild chopped hatch chili peppers
- Barbecue sauce to taste
- Soft buns

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork, broth & liquid smoke in crock pot. Sprinkle meat with chili powder. Cover & cook on low 5-6 hours until meat is very tender. When done, discard liquid & shred meat with 2 large forks.
Add peppers & stir in barbecue sauce. Reheat to serve. Serve on buns.
