Ingredients
- Orange Cranberry Sauce:
- Grated zest and juice of 3 navel oranges
- 1 c chicken stock
- 1/2 c raw cranberries, rinsed
- 1 oz Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 # boneless, skinless turkey breast, cut into 3 oz medallions
- 1 T olive oil

Step 1
For the Orange Cranberry Sauce, place the orange zest and juice, stock and cranberries in a medium saucepan. Bring to boiling; boil until reduced by half.
Transfer the sauce to an electric blender or food processor. Puree; strain through a sieve into a bowl. Stir in the Grand Marnier.
Preheat a grill or broiler to medium, or build a fire.
Lightly brush both sides of the turkey medallions with the oil.
Grill; 4" from the heat, 2 minutes on each side, until cooked. Serve with the Orange Cranberry Sauce.
