Ingredients
- 4 (4oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- vegetable cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp reduced calorie margarine
- 1/2 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- lemon wedges (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove to a serving platter, and keep warm. Add wine, lemon juice, margarine and bouillon granules to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until margarine melts. To serve, drizzle wine mixture over chicken, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with lemon wedges, iff desired.
