Ingredients
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 - lb. smoked sausage, cut up
- 1 bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 T. oil (cook onion and green pepper)
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 oz. V8 juice
- 3 cup cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- pinch of sugar

Mix altogether and top with some more cheddar cheese. Yummy!
