Ingredients
- 1 container Brussels Sprouts, cleaned and cut in half
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic vinegar to drizzle (Optional)

Step 1
!. Preheat oven to 400. Place Brussels Sprouts in a medium mixing bowl, toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a medium oven proof baking dish and roast for 20 -25 minutes or until caramelized and tender
2. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar if desired
