- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 green onions, sliced

Step 1
In a large heavy skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown tenderloin on both sides; sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Combine orange juice concentrate and Worcestershire sauce; pour over the tenderloin. Add onions, simmer until meat juices run clear and the sauce is thickened.
