Honey and Brandy Roasted Figs (Weight Watchers)

- 12 fresh figs
- 2 fl oz brandy
- 2 Tbsp apricot jam
- 1/4 cup(s) honey
- 1/4 cup(s) reduced-fat sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Place figs in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
In a small bowl, stir together brandy, jam and honey. Drizzle figs with half of brandy mixture.
Roast figs 5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining brandy mixture; roast 5 minutes more. Allow to cool about 5 minutes.
Set 2 figs in each of 6 small, shallow dishes. Drizzle with a spoonful brandy mixture, add a dollop of sour cream and serve.
