Salt
Pepper
1 Tblsp Oil

Step 1

Season both sides of patties. Put patties in cast iron skillet and set in oven. Turn oven on to 500 degrees. Once oven reaches 500 - take skillet out, add 1 Tbsp oil, put on stove top burner and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
