Ingredients
- 13.25 oz whole wheat penne
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 sun dried tomatoes, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Asiago Cheese, grated

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, onions, and sun dried tomatoes. Saute 3 minutes then add wine, chicken broth, and fresh herbs.
Add broccoli, cook until broccoli is crisp and tender; toss together with pasta.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with freshly grated Asiago cheese.
