Ingredients

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
Green onions
1 cup of beer
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
Nacho chips (I like scoops)

Preparation

Step 1

Chop green onions
Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dip mix, and green onions in bowl.
With hand mixer, slowly add beer and mix thoroughly.

Dip nacho chips in the dip and enjoy!
