Ingredients

  • 4 leeks, white and light green parts only.. thinly sliced.
  • parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • 4 pieces turkey bacon
  • olive oil
  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • Baked Naan with garlic, or a fresh made or store bought pizza crust.

Preparation

Step 1



In a large skillet, melt the butter or use olive oil. Add the leeks, and cook over medium heat until they start to soften.

Add the wine, and cook until absorbed. Add the cream, and cook until thick.
Salt to taste and remove from heat.

Use this as the "sauce" for the pizza. Then sprinkle on parmesan, then clumps of goat cheese, then sprinkle on diced bacon. Heat in broiler until goat cheese starts to brown.
