- 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut flavoring
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Beat butter, coconut oil, and sugars in a large mixing bowl till creamy.
Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and coconut flavoring.
Whisk together the flour, soda, salt, and baking powder in a small bowl.
Stir The dry ingredients into the sugar mixture with the coconut and chocolate chips just till everything is combined well.
Drop by spoonfuls on to silpat lined or lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
Serves: 3 dozen cookies
