HERBED ROASTED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 small bag of baby red potatoes, washed and cut in half
  • 1 Tablespoon each of chopped fresh rosemary, chives, thyme, parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon of Guldens spicy mustard
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (granulated)
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

. Whisk together all the ingredients except the potatoes, pour seasoning mix onto the potatoes and mix thoroughly

. Place potatoes into a baking dish or onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees, stirring periodically to ensure even browning.

. Potatoes are done when they are fork tender and medium brown. (goes good with fish) Can be used with any meat or poultry
