Cinnamon Chip Pumpkin Cake

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Can (15 oz.) Solid-pack Pumpkin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Cup Cinnamon Chips, divided
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans, divided



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cake mix, eggs, water and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl; beat 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in 1/4 cup cinnamon chips and 1/4 cup pecans. Spread batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon chips and pecans. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes before serving.
