Spiral Sliced Ham
Dijon mustard
Ginger Snaps
Jack Daniels

Preparation

Step 1

Place Ham cut side down in roasting pan.
Spread Dijon mustard over ham.
Finely smash up ginger snaps.
Cover the mustard with the ginger snaps.
Bake at 325 deg for 2 hours.
Every 15 minutes except at the very end, spray with Jack Daniels with fine mist.
