- 9 ounces beef flank steak
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 six-inch corn tortillas
- Lime wedges, for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Rub steak with lime juice, cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator 2 hours. Preheat grill over medium-high. Grill steak 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
