Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 ranch salad dressing
  • 2 taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can black beans, undrained
  • 1 can pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes w/chilis, undrained
  • 1 can tomatoe wedges, undrained
  • 2 cans white corn, undrained
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown beef with onion in a large pot; drain. Add ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients with juices from all, including 2 cups of water. Simmer 2 hours.

2. Garnish each serving with sour cream, shredded cheese and sliced green onion, as desired. Serve with tortilla chips or over rice. You can use pork sausage or chicken instead of beef.
