Ingredients
- 3 TBL Butter
- 1 TBL Garlic
- 2 TBL Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Sprinkle flour into melted butter, whisking constantly and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute or until mixture is golden and lumpy.
2. Gradually add the broth, and bring to a boil. Cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add the Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper, whisking until smooth.
4. Add the milk and whisk until thickened.
Remove from heat, and use immediately.
